Footy season is just around the corner—are you ready? 🏉

Pre-season prep isn’t just about fitness; your feet, ankles, and legs need to be game-ready too. Here’s what to focus on before the season kicks off:

✔ Strength & Stability – Build ankle and foot strength with calf raises and balance drills.
✔ Mobility & Flexibility – Keep those calves and hamstrings loose with regular stretching.
✔ Footwear Check – Make sure your boots still fit well and aren’t too worn out.
✔ Load Management – Ease into training gradually to avoid stress injuries.
✔ Injury Prevention & Recovery – Don’t ignore niggles—early treatment can keep you on the field.

Last week, we worked with a retired football player who’s going back to footy!

Getting back into sport after time off means making sure the body—especially the feet—is ready to handle the load. We’re helping him:

✔ Regain strength & stability
✔ Improve mobility & function
✔ Stay active & pain-free for the long run

We’ve assessed his footwear and set him up with custom orthotics to keep him moving at his best.
