Support at Home (formerly known as Home Care Packages) is a government-funded program that helps older Australians remain independent and safe in their own homes by providing support for daily tasks, mobility, and healthcare needs—including podiatry.
Can I access podiatry services through my Support at Home funding?
Yes. If you have a Support at Home package, you may be eligible for podiatry services as part of your care plan. We work with over 75 aged care providers across Adelaide who can access SaH funding on behalf of their clients to cover podiatry support.
What podiatry services are available under the SAH program?

I’m a care coordinator. How do I refer a client?
Referring is simple. You can download a referral form here. We’ll work closely with you to tailor podiatry support around your client’s individual needs and available SaH funding.
How do I know if I’m eligible for SAH-funded podiatry?
Eligibility is based on your care plan and how your funds are allocated. Speak with your SAH provider or care coordinator, or contact us directly – we’re happy to help assess what podiatry support can be included in your package.
Can you help with orthotics or medical footwear?
Yes. We offer custom orthotics, medical-grade footwear, and assistive devices tailored to improve mobility, comfort, and foot health – all eligible under Support at Home funding when clinically appropriate.
