Maria Latemore

Maria, (or Mav as we like to call her!) is one a Director at Podiatry Services SA, where she excels in the management of complex foot conditions. With over 25 years of experience in podiatry, her career began at Whyalla Hospital and rural communities with Royal Flying Doctor Service.

Early on, Maria secured a rural grant to establish a podiatry practice aimed at increasing access to podiatric care in underserved communities. In 2004, she further showcased her expertise by volunteering as a podiatrist at the Athens Olympic Games.

Relocating to Adelaide in 2007, Maria has held various roles in domiciliary care, locum positions, and a Workcover firm, all while successfully building her private practice.

Her commitment to the field is evident in her diverse experience and dedication to enhancing podiatric care.

Spiro Vithoulkas

Spiro began his podiatry career as an orthotic lab technician in 1988, graduating as a podiatrist in 1991.

He has helped establish leading clinics across South Australia, including Southern Podiatry Centre, Adelaide Podiatry Group, and Podiatry Care.

A pioneer in 3D laser scanning and orthotic manufacturing, Spiro now consults at Podiatry Services SA, dedicating his time to teaching, clinical direction, and mentoring in sports podiatry and biomechanics.

Lauren Chambers

Lauren graduated in 2019 and has been thriving in the podiatry industry ever since.

She takes pride in providing holistic foot care, with a particular focus on supporting elderly clients in their homes.

Lauren finds it most rewarding to see her patients improve their foot health and overall well-being, ensuring each individual receives the highest level of care, quality and compassion tailored to their specific needs.

Hi, I’m Sebastian. I graduated in 2023 from the University of South Australia and have an interest in all facets of podiatry and helping people from all demographics get back on their feet.

Outside of podiatry, I enjoy playing and watching Aussie rules football, watching TV and movies and participating in Quiz nights.

I’m excited to join the team at PSSA!

Hong Siow

Hong graduated from the University of South Australia in 2017 and became part of the team following the merger that established a dedicated centre of excellence in podiatric care.

With expertise in a broad range of podiatry services, Hong provides diabetes assessments, routine nail care, treatment for nail pathologies, and corns and callus management.

Committed to delivering high-quality care, Hong ensures patients feel comfortable and well-supported.

In addition to English, Hong is fluent in Cantonese, allowing her to assist a diverse range of patients with ease.

Kevin Weng

Kevin joined the Podiatry Services team in January 2023 and is excited to be part of a growing company.

He finds great fulfillment in providing patients with the care they need and values the relationships built through his work.

While he enjoys all aspects of podiatry, he has a particular interest in biomechanics and musculoskeletal care.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys staying active at the gym, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Eleni Mavrotsoupakis

Eleni joined Podiatry Services SA in 2024 following the merger with Plympton Podiatry Centre, uniting two teams to create a focused centre of excellence in podiatry care.

She has a keen interest in general podiatry, high-risk management, and nail surgery, with a strong passion for community health.

Eleni’s experience working rurally at Whyalla Hospital and the Port Augusta outreach clinic has deepened her expertise in high-risk care and provided valuable insight into the unique health challenges faced by rural communities.

Meg Rowlings

Meg joined Podiatry Services SA in 2024 following the merger with Plympton Podiatry Centre, where she had been the owner for many years, providing dedicated podiatry care to the local community.

With a passion for all aspects of general podiatry and nail surgery, Meg is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family and beloved pets.

Micaela Hollis

Micaela is a senior podiatrist here at Podiatry Services SA, having worked as a podiatrist for the last 15 years.

Micaela grew up in the rural city of Mildura, Victoria and has worked across a variety of clinical settings in her career including Aboriginal Health, Not-for-profit sector, aged care, rurally and metropolitan private settings. 

Micaela is also a clinical educator for the University of South Australia, taking undergraduate podiatry students on placement excursions to Broken Hill several times a year. 

Micaela is also undertaking a Masters by Research, studying placement opportunities for undergraduate podiatry students. In her spare time Micaela enjoys spending time with her partner and their dog George or catching a game of roller derby.

Patrick Macklin

Patrick (Paddy) graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatry from Queensland University of Technology in 2020.

He has experience across a wide range of podiatry settings, including private practice, orthotic design and manufacturing as well as regional public health.

Paddy enjoys all aspects of podiatry, with particular interests in home visits, NDIS support, high-risk foot care, wound management, biomechanics, and aged care.

He is passionate about helping people feel comfortable in their feet so they can stay active and reach their mobility goals.

Paul Cremers

With over 15 years of hands-on experience, Paul Cremers brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and care to every consultation.

Since graduating from the University of South Australia in 2010 with a Bachelor of Podiatry, Paul has worked across a wide range of clinical settings, including rural communities, metropolitan clinics, public health services, and private practice.

Paul thrives on variety and challenge in his work and has a special interest in biomechanics, nail surgeries, wound care, and complex foot conditions. 

He’s especially passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and enjoy life with greater confidence and mobility.

Whether he’s treating young children, athletes, or older adults, Paul is known for his warm, approachable manner and his dedication to achieving real results.

He takes pride in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and believes that every patient deserves a tailored, outcome-focused approach.

Kelly graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatry in 2020 and is passionate about all aspects of podiatry, country health, and general well-being.

When she’s not in the clinic, Kelly provides podiatry care to residents in aged care facilities, ensuring they receive the attention they need.

She loves being part of a supportive and dynamic team, valuing the opportunity for continuous learning and growth through great mentorship and guidance.

Tracey Mills

Tracey has worked across multiple areas within the health industry from GP practices, Allied health and Specialist rooms where she had the privilege to work alongside some of the most amazing and talented professionals.

Traceys diverse experiences has shaped her into the nurturer and leader she is today.

Apart from managing the day to day operations at Podiatry Services SA, she is strongly focussed on encouraging the team to be the best version of themselves, to have kindness and compassion for others, and to continue to shape their own careers.
